I love the look of these simple pendant designs from Koskela. Made from powder coated wire frames and woven flex cables, they are available in five color options. Not coincidentally, they are a great match to Koskela’s new Jake Chair which is available in the same color range. To see more of Koskela’s amazing work, visit their website.

This cozy home in Leksand has some really great DIY details, but what I want to know is where that amazing light fixture came from!

Muuto’s Unfold Pendant is one of my favorites. Made by Swedish design house Form Us With Love, the Unfold is made of soft silicone rubber with a frosted opal diffuser that hides the bulb. I really like the idea of ceiling mounted lighting. No plug ins for our children to grab for, no lamps for the little ones to pull over, no chords for people to trip on, and no extra equipment taking up the valuable desktop real estate. And they look amazing. Although moving your desk around might mean a little more work, and having to request a price is not a good sign. These Örsjö PJ ceiling lamps could run between $500-$600 each.

The oversize desk-style floor lamp has been popping up all around, from several different manufacturers. I think my favorite is the Max Lamp from Max Inc. I really like how the Max looks like the old lamps we had on our desks in high school drafting class.

I love the vintage lamps available at 360 Volt, but the above Panthograaf fixture has to be my favorite. I would love to add a couple of these somewhere in our home.
