FIRST IMPRESSIONS | ENTRY INSPIRATION FROM IKEA
The threshold of our home is in a state of constant chaos. Clothes, shoes, scarves, boots, shoes, hats, backpacks, and whatever else a small child might have brought in from the outside litter the entry. In the near future we will be making the move from our apartment into a small detached rental home (finally!), and one of my goals is to give us the mud area we have always needed. Ikea’s Livet Hemma blog featured these helpful ideas a few days ago. One thing I appreciate from these images, is the idea of different storage hooks, racks, shelves, and bins at different heights. With our children all at different ages, varying the heights and types of storage will help get the most out of whatever solutions we come up with.
