Built in 1909, this turn of the century apartment still has some of its original details. The deep set windows, combination wall shelving/work spaces, and the loft space all help makes the most of the small space.

It’s a very creative use of space, especially the vertical. I think the bathroom and that loft sections are my favorite parts. The tile work along the side of the tub is uncommon but I like how it keeps the uniform style of the room. Awesome spot.
I love the vertical storage/work space. I am a huge fan of the string shelf, although it is a very heavy shelf system. I can’t imagine how much a system that large, filled with books must weigh in at.
