KITCHEN INSPIRATION | PLAIN ENGLISH

I really appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship of these kitchens from Plain English.  Located in Suffolk, a couple hours north east of London, their work uses traditional techniques of 18th and 19th century cabinetmakers.  Everything they do is made by hand and local.  Skilled joiners produce the cupboards and cabinets, the shelf pegs are hand turned, the baskets hand woven, and even the metal brackets are forged locally.   Sadly they only do work in and around the EU, but pay their website a visit to be inspired and see more of their beautiful work.

Remodelista recently featured a DIY post that gives helpful tips and ideas for creating your own version of the Osea Kitchen.  See the DIY here.
